How many post-op visits should you have after Lipotherme? And what should I do if my treating doctor's practice is closing?

I'm worried that one of the lumps that formed after Lipotherme has fluid behind it. What should I do? Should she refer me to someone and should I have to pay for that if she is closing her practice and I've already paid for the procedure?
