How can i get rid of spots and marks left from Adult Acne?

Most likely the marks/scars you are talking about are only improved with laser treatments. There are stronger lasers (ablative lasers) such as the CO2 or erbium yag which have the highest yield but cause the most downtime. Other nonablative lasers can be used such as the Fraxel. They have less downtime but you would need to do a series of treatments.

We use one of two methods, laser treatments and topical skin care products. If the spots are colored, we can either use pulsed dye lasers (for red spots) or q-switched lasers (for brown spots). For topical treatments we use hydroquinone bleaching creams for brown spots.

It sounds like the spot on the end of the nose may be better suited for laser treatments.
