Does laser work on dark hair follicles that are too short to be shaved?
I am having laser treatments now, but after I shave I have black dots (maybe called peppering?) because of hair follicles under the skin. Can laser remove those as well?

Yes, the laser light will go down the hair follicle to treat the bulb. It is
important not to wax or pluck for a couple of weeks before each treatment.
IF the hair shaft is intact the Laser light will flow down the shaft of the
hair to the bulb. You do not need to let the hair grow out for the
treatment.
