Can zerona cause permanent damage?

I read that Zerona works by temporarily making holes in fat cells, so the fat leaks out. Could it cause damage to other, healthy cells in this same way? How safe if Zerona?

No. So far the studies only indicate that the fat cells are affected causing the fat to leak out of the fat cell membrane. In addition, the fat cells are not "damaged" but are in fact triggered to open up their membranes to let the fat out for about 48-72 hours before they close down.
