Can Venus Freeze help dissolve fat from an overfill fat transfer that was done 1 year ago?

I had fat transferred to my cheeks and under my eyes a year ago. The areas were overfilled. It still looks awful. Can Venus Freeze help dissolve the unwanted fat? If so, how many treatments are necessary? If not, is there another solution? I miss my small face.
