Can a person with hepatitis C safely use Cool Lipo? Will the procedure affect my liver?

Two years ago I had a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening. I am unhappy with the results and still have abdominal pain. The pain is nerve related an entrapped nerve. Can Cool Lipo improve appearance without doing more nerve damage?

They sound really similar. Is one more effective than the other?
