It is possible to consider CoolSculpting on the arms, but the anatomy of the arms has to fit perfectly inside the applicator of the device, which is very rare. We have only found 1 patient to be a candidate. If the arm doesn't fit perfectly, one could get uneven results. I would have you consider mesotherapy as alternative. Mesotherapy is an injection technique that also permanently destroys fat cells.
