Stucco keratoses are common on the lower legs of the elderly, but they can occur elsewhere, and in the middle age.
Clinically, resembling 3 to 5 mm spatterings of whitish stucco, these dull surfaced papules show histological changes similar to those seen in seborrheic keratoses.
- Stucco keratoses respond well to liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.
