Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans is a late manifestation of infection with Borrelia burgdorferi, often developing years after the infection. Erythematous plaques appear and enlarge on the hands, feet, elbows and knees, occasionally elsewhere; they gradually become atrophic and more violaceous. Treatment:
