Is there a difference? Blackheads are caused by acne (bacteria) and my skin is dry and pimple free but when I look close at my nose it have tiny dots (larger pores?) that I don't have in the rest of my face.

Female, 32, I have acne worse than my teen years, very sensitive skin. Dermatologist remedies have only made it worse (tried 3 so far). Is there any hope for me?

I have blackheads and some whiteheads all over (and I mean ALL OVER) my nose, cheeks, chin, chest, back. They're large, thick, and go on forever when I try to take them out. Retin-A and Differin didn't help. I don't know what to do any more.
